Sherry Kneece currently works with an Ohio Educational Service Center in central Ohio as a Curriculum and Professional Development Director assigned to Circleville City Schools. She is also the Afterschool Program Administrator over elementary, middle and high school after school and credit recovery programming. Mrs. Kneece has a Bachelor of Arts teaching degree in Secondary English and Psychology. Additionally, she holds a Masters of Education, a Masters in School Counseling, and an Ohio Supervisory Certificate with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction. Mrs. Kneece is active in ASCD, OASCD, OASSA, OESCA, and NAA.

Mrs. Kneece served the first 23 years as a secondary English instructor at Circleville and the last 10 years as an administrator, assigned to Circleville from the county Educational Service Center. Her administrative focus has been working to increase effective teaching, learning, and leadership strategies for all teachers and administrators. Mrs. Kneece leads the county Curriculum Director Committee and coordinates county programs for Teacher Residency, Master Teacher Academy and Teacher and Principal Evaluation Systems. She has served as a statewide Ohio Praxis III Assessor and Mentor, liaison for Battelle for Kids Ohio Value Added High School Project, and the ACT/Quality Core Implementation support person to area schools.

Mrs. Kneece also works as the local Ohio Department of Education connection for initiatives that impact academics, policy and procedures. She has served as the area District Value-Added Specialist (DIVAS) and Ohio Improvement Process (OIP) Leader. Mrs. Kneece has extensive state and federal grant writing experience, including 21st Century After School Learning Centers Grant, Ohio Improvement Grants, Technology Learning Environments Grants, and Ohio Instructional Improvement Model (OISM) Grants. Her grant work has gained over a million dollars for districts to support teaching, learning, and leadership in Pickaway County.
